How to fix WhatsApp logouts

WhatsApp logouts can occur due to various reasons unrelated to our service, such as technical glitches, network issues, or even server overload.

This is a common phenomenon and can happen both on our service or our competitors' services, as well as on the web version, such as web.whatsapp.com.

Steps to reduce number of logouts
There are several reasons why you might experience more crashes, summarized briefly:
1. You prevented WhatsApp from loading
A new possible reason for WhatsApp crashing is insufficient time for chats to load after scanning the QR code before closing the application. Please wait for the synchronisation to complete. Wait until the small blue circle with arrows disappears before closing the application to avoid potential issues.
2. Recent WhatsApp update
One of the most common reasons for crashes is an outdated version of WhatsApp. If the version of WhatsApp you authorised with us differs from the latest mobile version, it can lead to logouts. You need to open the WhatsApp application in the App Store or Google Play Store and ensure that it's updated.

In this case, our service is no different from, including WhatsApp Web, which also experiences logouts.
3. Too many active sessions (more than 4)
Frequent crashes are often caused by a large number of active sessions on a single device. It's recommended to check and remove all unnecessary sessions before authorisation.
4. Too high or, conversely, zero activity
If your primary device has been turned off and hasn't appeared online for more than 14 days, WhatsApp updates encryption keys, which may result in session termination.

If there's no activity on WhatsApp for 30 days, WhatsApp may terminate the authorization.

Conversely, if WhatsApp detects that you're sending too many messages, it may "extinguish" Chategy session, suspecting spam activity.
5. Insufficient available memory on the device
If there's insufficient memory on your Android or iOS device, WhatsApp may log out because it lacks resources to operate. Clear the system using cleaner apps or uninstall unnecessary programs.
